It varies depending on the scale. We prefer to work in sprint cycles. This means you will already be able to see results along the way and can collaborate with us on both progress made to date and any new insights developed.
In our design phase we already factor this into our planning for future flexibility. We plan for extensibility in our original solution design; thereby ensuring it remains flexible long after completion.
